Playground Leaders
Being a playground leader is a fun, enjoyable and important job, and is a role that comes with some very important responsibilities.
Playground leaders:
Act as an ambassador for the school both in school and out.
Help to organise and supervise playground games.
Make sure that playground equipment is stored and packed away correctly after playtime.
Help to make the playground a calm, enjoyable space for everyone.
Work in teams to think of and teach new, fun activities to other children and staff.
Offer advice when the school is considering making changes to the playground and the available equipment.
The role offers selected students a fabulous opportunity to practice vital life skills such as; communication, cooperation, teamwork and problem solving in a safe supervised enviorament.
