For the past few years, we have had Science ambassadors from Year 5 and 6 work together to study, deliver and evaluate Science in Manor Longbridge.
Throughout the year, the science ambassadors will do the following:
- Science ambassadors are responsible for learning about aspects of science in a contextual format, and then feeding back and ‘teaching’ other pupils about their findings.
- Science ambassadors will learn how science is being used in the real‐world, or as part of some new innovation.
- Science ambassadors will plan, test and evaluate an investigation or presentation to deliver to appropriate year groups.
- Science ambassadors run the activity room for Science Week ensuring that everything runs smoothly. They ensure each child learns something new from their experience.
Our Science Ambassadors are:
Sooryah Yadhunandan, Theia Ella Dy-Yakah, Ethan Wong, Khamani Davis, Emily Mabhara, Nastazja Flinik, Matilda Lekaj, Angel Boakye, Zara Ahmed and Olamide Bello
