Year Six - L021 - Visit to Barking Library
Class 21 took part in an educational visit to their local library to learn more about how it is used in the community.
While visiting, the librarian explained the how the library is also a learning centre and helps people in community in many ways, such as facilitating adult courses, a clothing bank, a food bank and a citizen's advice bureau.
Children were also told to keep an eye out for upcoming events during the half-term holidays, World Book Day and the Summer Reading Challenge.
