The composition of our pupils and staff is reflected in the school’s philosophy, resources and curricular frameworks.
All the children throughout the school have opportunities to learn about and explore each other’s cultural background without special emphasis on any particular group. We therefore celebrate a variety of festivals from a range of faiths and cultures. In this way we hope that as they happen throughout the year. In this way we hope that the children will learn about and respect each other’s cultures and traditions. We hope this will foster relationships of mutual trust and openness, thus developing the children’s understanding of the world we live in.
