The term ‘Pupil Voice’ refers to ways of listening and involving children in decision-making. According to Ofsted’s 2017 agenda, a feature of an effective school is engaging pupils as active participants and decision-makers in their education.
Manor Longbridge is committed to the promotion and protection of children’s rights in-line with The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and believe that our children should have opportunities to express their opinion in matters that affect their school life.
